Eating too much healthy food is not healthy. The suggested menu is a guideline of what you are to eat. The menu has too much food in one day for me, with both the shakes/smoothies. It may or may not be the right amount of food for you. You can also utilize your own recipes as long as none of the ingredients are on the foods to avoid list. The Food Substitution Chart, will be able to assist in converting some of your favorite recipes. Start preparing your kitchen with the foods you will need. This is also a good time to clean out your pantry and remove the processed and packaged foods.
