Schedule STRESS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES into your day.

Schedule into your calendar a minimum of 10 minutes to devote to your stress management practice of choice. Keep track of your practice by using the Stress Management Activity Log. For Ideas see the Adrenal Self-Care Cheat Sheet. See Week 3 Resources Below.

Complete the COMMITMENT FORM

Improvement is only possible when we develop new habits. If we keep doing things the same way we’ve done them in the past, our future will look exactly the same as the present. The key to making lasting improvements is setting a goal and sticking with it. This is where the magic happens. Without a goal, there’s nothing to work toward. Without a commitment to your goal, you’ll never achieve it. But when you combine a clear vision with a strong commitment, there is no obstacle you can’t overcome. See Week 3 Resources Below Videos.

Find an ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER

Having someone to support you along your health journey is incredibly important. Find an accountability partner either in person (your spouse, friend, sister, etc) or a Facebook Friend.

Prepare a menu and shopping list for next week’s meals

As we mentioned, preparation is key. Please review the suggested MENU and RECIPES provided. A Shopping List is provided for next weeks suggested menu. See Week 3 Resources Below Videos.

REMEMBER:

Eating too much healthy food is not healthy. The suggested menu is a guideline of what you are to eat. The menu has too much food in one day for me, with both the shakes/smoothies. It may or may not be the right amount of food for you. You can also utilize your own recipes as long as none of the ingredients are on the foods to avoid list. The Food Substitution Chart, will be able to assist in converting some of your favorite recipes. Start preparing your kitchen with the foods you will need. This is also a good time to clean out your pantry and remove the processed and packaged foods.
