Our Journey by Lisa Davis
It was the later part of 1977 that I met ken with my mother in search for better health alternatives. Ken was speaking at a health fair on Applied Kinesiology. My mother and I were looking to buy a health food store in Ridgewood , NJ and we were investigating healthful alternatives to our own health issues. My mother had been diagnosed with hypoglycemia several years earlier, so we swiftly removed sugar from all of our diets. I had been suffering from severe migraines, food allergies, and painful joints for many years. We realized that we had the power to find a way to get better.
Going back a little further before I move on. I had been labeled with dyslexia at an early age, so school was difficult, uncomfortable, and debilitating. Back in the 60′s, school systems weren’t equipped to understand children that learned and processed information in a different way. Although I had Tudors, special classes, and extra help, I was always reminded that I was slower than everyone else. Outside of being a very good artist, I never fit in, so I was a self- proclaimed loner much of my formative years. This granted me the space, silence, and solitude that acted as fertile soil to plant the seeds of awareness. I became an observer of people, nature, my surroundings, and my own intuition. It wasn’t until years later that the seeds of my truth were watered enough to grow beyond the worlds’ limitations of me. My mother would tell me not to pay attention to the lack of vision others had for me and that I could do and be anything I dreamed … so, I listened to her. I took her advice. On the outside I appeared to be a dreamer, but in reality, I was an observer. At an early age there was a clarity and trust in my ability to know about people beyond their appearance. I seemed to know what lied in the truth of their hearts.
It was in 1981 that we met our life mentor Dr. M. L. Rees. He was a chiropractor, brilliant researcher, inventor, foremost teacher in energetic and vibrational healing, developer of Harmonic therapy and a close friend. Upon meeting Dr. Rees at a seminar he was teaching, he immediately and intuitively knew I was a sensitive. He picked me out of the crowd, told me I had a gift, said that he was waiting for me, and said that we had work to do. With Ken’s intense focus on learning the most advanced alternative healing techniques, he became Dr. Rees’s right hand doctor in research, and I became the spout from which much of the inspired information flowed until his death in 1992. During those years, we traveled around the world with a handful of dedicated doctors to learn all we could about the most bio-vibrational and energetic healing. Dr. Rees inspired us, and pushed us to develop all that we as individuals had to offer in hope of helping the suffering of humanity. In 1986 Ken and I married. It was the perfect match. We were bound by our love and by our commitment to the research and development of energetic and vibrational therapies. We worked tirelessly on understanding how energy worked in healing and how it affects all life. Our knowledge expanded and our faith tempered. Those years challenged every fiber of who we were. We were truly inspired by the work and it’s incredible results.
It was in 1988 that I began developing what is now called “Natural Force Healing”. Natural Force Healing was my baby. Understanding Dr. Rees’ work challenged us even further in our desire to know and learn more. My deep spiritual and experiential awareness’ lead us try to comprehend the fullest physical, mental, and spiritual potential of the human form. We developed a body of work that revealed the source of our ills and a path toward self-awareness and wellness. Natural Force Healing also enabled the average lay person to have tools to enhance their own wellness path. We teach Natural Force Healing throughout the US and internationally as well.
Our passion is to teach and inspire hope that dwells within each and every one of us. It is within the human spirit to not only evolve but to realize that we are bound by a common thread, freewill, giving us choices in life. May we choose to help humanity, respect the bodies that we dwell, have the capacity to forgive, and love as much as possible.
